An outstanding six bedroom Victorian family house on four floors with superb sea views situated overlooking the beach in the unspoilt Heritage Coast town of Aldeburgh.
Overall the decoration, the extensive sea views from most rooms and spaciousness of the house gives Orlando a very bright and airy feel.
Overlooking the long shingle beach of Aldeburgh, Orlando offers very spacious Victorian accommodation comfortably sleeping 9 adults with 5 children. It has a well-fitted, modern kitchen and the house is fully centrally heated throughout.

Completely renovated in 2021, the ground floor comprises a fully fitted high spec kitchen with views to the sea. The glass roof to the rear provides a fresh, airy feel to the large room. The kitchen includes a butchers block, dual fridges and induction hob for sociable food preparation while conversing with those on high stools around the peninsula unit.
Utility Room: Automatic washing machine/tumble dryer + downstairs WC.

The house is named after ‘Orlando the Marmalade Cat’ the star of BBC childrens’ radio and a series of books by Kathleen Hale which were inspired here.
