We collect data only by email direct via our site or phone as provided by potential guests and only for the purposes of future rental of our property.

Type of date collected:

Contact and communication information together with any correspondence interaction. Exchange of bank details for the purpose of transacting the holiday stay.

Use of personal data:

Any data provided to us will be used solely for the purposes of renting the property for a period of time relevant for your stay.

Marketing and sharing

We will not share any information with any other parties who are not involved in the administration of the rental property. We will not contact you in the future for marketing purposes.

Length of storage of data:

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for its use  and as may be required for accounting and tax reporting purposes as laid down by HMRC.

Method of storage:

You data will be held on a personal computer with appropriate security codes and backed up by priority storage provider – currently Dropbox.
